This is where you define the destination of a report and the characteristics of the printed output.

Note that you can choose to include family names and Latin names, and to use bold and italics to improve output readability.
You can select any font you have on your system, and you can select any font size. You can also choose Landscape (horizontal) or Portrait (vertical) orientation. For columnar reports you can select any number of columns -- of course, you would also adjust the font size accordingly. Most birding software won't let you choose column counts (especially beyond two or three), fonts, or font sizes. AviSys provides all the options you need for the highest quality output.
With Print Pages, you can elect to print only the Odd or Even pages, or selections like 3,7,9-12. Thus, with a laser or ink jet printer, you can print on both sides of the paper by printing the odd pages, turning the paper over, and then printing the even pages.
Your print setup is remembered from report to report, and it can be saved so that it's set up just as you like it the next time you use AviSys.
