This is the Report selection menu, selected from the main screen. There are nine basic types of reports, all of which offer a wide variety of options. (To see examples of the report output to screen or printer, click the underlined/highlighted report title, such as Species Seen, below.)
(In addition to Reports, sighting records can be listed with virtually unlimited variety. See Record Listing.)

A checklist format (columnar) report that lists the species you have seen under the circumstances you define in the Report Criteria dialog.
The reverse of Species Seen, it shows the species not seen (a hit list). When used with a state checklist in the Checklist criteria, for example, it will produce a list of the birds of that state that you have not seen anywhere (lifers possible in that state), and when further used with the state in the Place criteria, it will produce a list of the birds of that state you have not seen in that state (state birds possible). With the Nation Checklist Add-On, you can produce hit lists for any of the 254 nations on the planet, seeing possible lifers, or nation birds, in the nation.
Note: These same results, for Seen and Not Seen, can be seen on screen by simply invoking the checklist and observing the ' and '' markers (' seen anywhere; '' seen in the checklist geography) -- particularly in Checklist Mode. An AviSys Exclusive!
Prints the Clements World Checklist, the ABA N.A. Checklist, or a state or custom invoked checklists or, with the Nation Checklist Add-On, a nation checklist, in columnar format.
Prints a spreadsheet of the quantities of either sighting incidents or bird populations, in the geography and 12 month date range you define. Quantities are listed by month, with a starting month of your choice. An AviSys Exclusive!
Census-N Years by Month
The same as the above, except that you can define any number of years, and the months always start with January. An AviSys Exclusive!
